(GODDAMMIT!) I'm covered in baby shit again. UGH. No wonder I don't bother really getting dressed.
Okay- I have my little black dress in my closet and no where to wear it. I actually fit into it, and I'm adorable. It is SO cute. It has these three strappy straps that criss cross in the back, and the front is adorable and it's semi short, and I love it. I bought it OVER A YEAR AGO, and I haven't worn it YET. Shame, shame, shame on me.
It's a little too cold to wear it out right now. I suppose I can throw it on at night and let Cullen chase me "for fun". HAHAH Are you laughing at the visual? I am.
I should plan us a night out, but where? Seriously. Here's where I fail, horribly. If I'm going out to eat, I want to be comfortable because I'm like a pig at a trough. Okay, not really THAT bad, but come on. And it seems predictable to go out to eat. And I REALLY don't want to pay THAT MUCH for something I'm going to poop out in the morning---and the "appropriate" places to wear this dress would be *those* places. You know? Boring.
I'm not going bowling in it. ;)
Hm. Need a place. I could be really, really nice and plan a night out with Cullen and surprise him. Trust me, I'll shock the pants off of anyone who sees me, because everyone is so used to me in yoga pants or jeans. You should hear what happens when I'm in a dress or a skirt. It's a little pathetic.
What to do with a little black dress?
I think I just made friends with the study coordinator. We've veered off of the "are you submitting your parking ticket for reimbursement?" to what our favorite books are, how many kids etc. :) And I like her. She has good taste in books! Yay for new friends!
i think YOU should go ice skating. maybe at the depot downtown cause it looks majestic in it's heritage - but maybe not in your lbd.
