One more. That's it.

On Friday, one of the regional managers for Fed Ex is FLYING INTO TOWN. Cullen, his immediate 3 higher ups, and the regional will meet together to discuss his GFT thing.
He maintains that he is not emotionally invested in the outcome, no matter which way it goes. He has certainly loved having one job and getting so much sleep at night. He seems much less stressed out, and much more relaxed. He knows it too. If he gets his job back, fine. We'll need the insurance for when we take off for 3 months next year in the RV. :D And he'll somehow make it.

He also started the marathon training. He did 10 miles today. That's not really so much for him, but that's easy for me to say. He likes to run to his mom's and back (6 miles each way) but that's with a break in there, so I can't really say what it's like to do it all at once. He said the hardest thing for him was to pace himself. He wants to get used to a slower pace. Normally he runs at something insane like 8 mph for his 5 mile runs. He was running at 6 mph and said it felt like it took forever, but whatevs. He will start running outside soon. How will training go when he's back to getting 5 hours of sleep a day?

I can't hope one way or another, my input is not needed and is no fair. I want what he wants. I want what he wants. I want what he wants.

Okay. I'm done now. time to go do learning time with the kids and let these babies roll all over the place. GOD THEY ARE CUTE!! And now they are both awake. :) Let's PLAY!
